When an order is delivered, we’ll automatically send an unbranded email asking you to rate your order. If there is an issue with the order, you can report it directly to our Support Team and request a free replacement or refund. The post-delivery email and Printify Connect website do not contain any reference to Printify. Our team will evaluate the customer’s request and proceed accordingly.
